Service Description

25 Lessons / week (50 minutes each lesson) Duration: 1 week Level: Beginner / Intermediate / Advanced Lesson times: 10.00 – 13.50 & 14.30 – to be confirmed on your first day at school Lesson days: Monday to Friday Start dates: Every Monday (during peak season from 23.05 to 23.09) A great intensive course for all levels to improve your Russian, with the addition of special focus classes that enhance your Russian language and culture skills, across social and work settings. Our Intensive 25 course runs in small groups (maximum 8 students per group during the Pandemic). You will have 20 morning lessons with students who have booked the Standard 20 group course. The remaining 5 lessons are taught in mini-groups of up to 6 students on two afternoons, offered at a minimum of three different levels (A1-B2). The following focus classes are examples for your daily afternoon lessons: A1 – Beginner: survival Russian tutorials, outdoor classes (shopping, eating out, getting streetwise, ordering theatre and cinema tickets) and telephone training (booking a restaurant table, making flight enquiries, etc.). A1+/A2 – Elementary: lectures on the Russian mentality and traditions. Other topics cover a wide range of general interest subjects ranging from Russian cuisine to history. B1 – Intermediate, B2 – Upper Intermediate: the focus is on business and the economy. Other topics include politics, Russian mass media, cultural and historical subjects. The Intensive 25 course is also available at Advanced (C1) levels when there is sufficient demand.
